PILATES

If there's one exercise style that has taken the fitness world by storm in the last few years it's pilates which is a series of exercises that focus on stabilising and lengthening your muscles and improving the posture and body alignment.

YOGA

Known for its ability to heal and bring peace of mind. Learn how to stretch and tone while slowing down the breath. Our yoga sessions begin with gentle postures and works up to more vigorous or challenging postures. Every part of the body is used and you'll leave feeling balanced and centered.

 

TRAINING HOURS:

Monday to Thursday: 6am - 9pm

Friday: 6am - 8pm

Saturday: 7am-4pm

Sunday: 7am -12noon
